21.  Tuesday.  6.30. AM.  Ther.  16.  34.  30. = 26 2/3
Clear N.2.  Edith Bates called AM.  Phebe entertains her.  We have dinner 1.30 PM.  Harman and Preston call having been at sale N. of  town.  They leave lot of harnesses in barn  Roy leads mare to Siberts to remove shoes.  Phebe gets letter from Ethel Corey at Chicago.  Clear day with light SSW wind.  Red at sunset.  Ora Webb calls at night.  Phebe making phudges (sic) or something else to send to Buddy.  I did not read any at night.  Gobed 8.30

21.  Saturday, 6 AM.  Ther.  -3.  15.  15.
Clear., Wind N.E.  Baby slept. better than night before but not well yet.  Uncle John was in town, came down but did not stay to dinner.  Hen is still complaining.  Collect from John Rennells $7.00  A. Bengner $2.00,  Aubain $2.16 Rall a/c in full.  Roads  good and big crowd in town.  Riley Easton brings me 52 Posts.  Pay him $1.50 for them.  Snider called P.M. but didn't see him.  Baby better P.M. but worse again at night.  Comer in town says will pile ties Monday.  Clear day with N.E. wind.  Gobed 10P.M.
