Clear. Fix platform for cistern. Nile Carutan adjusts clock around noon. Went over to see Ed Eastin AM. He thinks he is pretty sick and probably is. Tue cans grapes and peaches. Drive with H.G. around town before supper. Drive alone after supper. Baby not very well. Clouds up toward night and looks like rain. Tue pays Mrs. Wentz in full from Apl. 1 to Sept. 1. today, Mrs. E. gave Tue chicken, says she is going to sell them all. Gobed 10 P.M.
