A card from Buddy says she got home all right. Tue got lot cherries of Elisha Smith. Mrs. Grove over while P.M. The shower &c. this morning .30. Ben Hill who lives in Arizona called P.M. I drove out far as Watsons P.M. returning south road. Call again at Fritz. Mrs. Firrel tell him to come in morning. Stop and talk with Jake Daizy. He is poorly. Mostly cloudy day. Moderate southerly wind. Tue at Grove's night. Dash rain night .08. Jack dog not well and does not go driving with me. Go bed 11.30 P.

Mostly cloudy. S.2. I expected Fritz but he didn't come. Is working for Dorch in harvest. Much cloudy day with sprinkles rain. Tue and Phebe can cherries A.M. and attend Alumni meet at Park PM getting home 10 P.M. I drove NW of town P.M. to town line past Stodderts. Things look pretty well along the road. There has less rain here than in town. Get letter P.M. from Phelps concerning buggy axles. Reading History of Queen Elizabeth gobed 10 P.M.

Mostly clear. S.3. Rhoda comes to wash. Drove to Express office and to Siberts. He pulls front shoes. Will help about buggy any time. I got caught in showers at Weber Jail corner. Rhoda works till noon. Had to hang clothes in attic a/c of rain. Drive W. to Alex woods late P.M. The woods are looking better. No fungi appearing. Jack went and got defiled. Return south road getting home 6.30 Mostly clear P.M. proved to be very warm day and night Showers AM amount to .33. Tue at Groves night Go bed 10.30

Clear S.#. Fritz is still working for Dorsch. I drove down there late P.M. thinks Saturday morn soonest he can come. This proves to be about most oppressive heat we have had, Clear day with fresh southerly wind. Tue over at Brooks' at night. Will Ginther and Harry Wright call P.M. to obtain options on Perkins lot. They didn't get it. they claim that the new P.O. is to go to old Weber lot on Van B. and 7th sts. Gobed 10 Tue got letter from Muggs at Jeff Cy: thinks be home July 10.

Clear. SW.1. Tue ironing AM. I drove round town a little AM but too hot for driving. Call on Sibert and He with hand take off axles from new buggy and get same ready to ship back to Columbus. I don't think he followed instructions and I expect to fear about it later. This has been most sultry day yet. Mostly clear. light S.W. to N.W. winds. We need more rain but no hopes of it soon in the reports. Tue at Fannie Coons at night. Phebe out with Fern. Get letter from Buddy P.M. go bed 10.
