Mostly cloudy S.E. 2. My rheumatism in right leg better and I didn't feel it much yesterday. Didn't sleep much on afc of corn. Drive to Guiney house 7th street. Rogers (?) goes with me to C. Marshall where I examine bathroom and think finish just what we need. Anderson phones will do the work Thursday. Send some papers to Phebe~ Learn that Walter Heath is dead. Phone Anderson to come for lumber left over. Order booze of J.E.M. by phone. It had not come at 6 P.M. Deposit Harman check 20.11 at 2nd. Harman phones that threshed clover seed this morn getting 7 bu. off about 8 a. We did not get painter today but have several engaged. Tue went up to 8 P.M. car to meet Maggie who was taken through to Mattoon on 6 oc train. She is well. Mostly cloudy, SE.2. day with light SE wind. Light rain at noon and after only trace. My rheumatism has mostly stopped. Gobed 9P.
