Mostly cloudy. S.2. It began to rain 7 AM and continued to drizzle til P.M. (.45) meas. at 2 P.M. Guy Anderson called AM and says will plaster the room tomorrow P.M. I didn't hitch up til 3 P.M. drove out toward Al Latta's. The roads are quite muddy and prospect of more rain. There was much heavy thunder this morn with the rain. Tue had Alfred here P.M. He did not do much. John Parker called 5 P.M. and settle for P&P work at farm. Pay check 60.40 in full and think quit. Grace Sefton here to supper and Tue and Muggs went home with her until 10 P.M.
