Cloudy. SE.2. Mort made and set window frame today~ The plumbers did not do anything. I hitch up early and drive S. to Woodson road returning by Wrightsville getting home noon. Roads generally good - becoming dusty. The late frost 30 and 1st have touched corn in places. Mort worked all day. Cottingham didn't appear. Bill Scott called to see about Perkins lot. Burbank wants it. Ferd writes will he married this month to Florence Purtill. I drove up for grub toward night. Breald and B.S. Tue over to Groves at night - a party of friends. Mostly clear day light to fresh southerly winds. Tue put in P.M. varnishing floor of hall upstairs. Buy whip at Frommels. Go bed 8.30.
