Cloudy began light rain about 8 AM. Mrs. Deckerman came to wash. Washing in wood house. Rain continued all day and well into the night very moderately. Girls got wet coming from, school at noon and caught a little cold. Mended an old umbrella. Took two old boots to John Rall for repair. Dark gloomy day, not many in town. was up to store most of P.M. Tue put up a few peaches. Gobed 9 PM
